How we work
Give us the problem. We'll show you the solution before you commit to it.
Three steps. No twelve-week discovery phase before you see anything real.
Give us your problem statement
A conversation, not a briefing document. We want the process as it actually runs, including the workarounds, the spreadsheet nobody owns and the step that only one person knows how to do. If it isn't worth solving, we say so here.
We design and demonstrate a working solution
Not a slide deck and not a wireframe. We build something that runs against a realistic sample of your data, and you use it. You see the failure modes as well as the happy path, and you find out what it's worth before you fund the build.
We partner to build it and roll it out
Scope agreed in writing, milestones with acceptance criteria, phased rollout with monitoring and a named support path. Every artefact is yours outright, with no lock-in.
What you can expect from us
No surprises, stated up front.
- Scope agreed in writing before work begins
- Weekly checkpoints so there are no surprises at handover
- Structured interviews with process owners, not surveys
- Realistic timelines stated up front
Typical engagement shapes
Different problems need different shapes of work.
| Shape | Duration | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Advisory sprint | 2–6 weeks | Strategy, use-case selection, architecture and a costed roadmap you own outright |
| AI Usage Audit | 2–3 weeks | Review of what you've already deployed, how it's configured, and what optimised looks like |
| Build & integrate | Milestone-based | Proof of value first, then phased production delivery against agreed acceptance criteria |
| Managed operations | Ongoing | Monitoring, tuning, connector maintenance, updates and a named support contact |
A note on honest advice
Some processes should not be automated, and some business cases do not clear the bar. We would rather tell you that in week two than spend six months finding out together.
Some of the organisations we work with
Start with a conversation, not a proposal.
Tell us the problem. We’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth solving, and what solving it would take.
